Webalizer is perhaps the most popular web traffic analytics software on the net, and installed standard along with four other stat generators on all of our web hosting plans. While Webalizer looks at most of the same data supplied by AW Stats, we host webalizer hosting accounts because we feel it cuts unique, organized, and colorful array of website statistics that provides traffic information in a totally different fashion from our others.
In a condensed format, Webalizer shows hits, files, pageviews, unique visits, unique sites, and kilobytes sent in one graph and one chart. Web data is graphed by hour, month, a year; where an unlimited running history is kept. Although other web stat generators show nation of origin data; Webalizer simply does it the best. How does it compare?
Comparing these statistics supplied to the other generators our hosting service provides quick shows it's value. Webalizer statistics are more interpreted than Analog 6.0 statistics, however they do not go as deep as our AWStats hosting information. While Webalizer contains some basic information about bandwidth usage on your hosting account, it's far more difficult to interpret than our bandwidth usage reporting, and will not deliver real time web site statistics.
