Domains are registered by us when you order them, and they will point to our name servers (DNS). If however, at any time you decide that you would like access to the name servers (DNS) settings and set them to point some place else, you may. The domain is registered by us, but it is your domain, and if you for some reason you were ever to feel compelled to discontinue hosting service with Ubiquity Hosting Solutions, the domain will still be yours for as long as you choose to register it.
